Silan Scarlett is a certified and licenced Psychotherapist. She has a long and wide experience in working with clients that suffer from mental health issues. She offers compassionate, evidence-based CBT therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client. Silan has a extensive clinical experience and has for example treated many clients that suffer from trauma, OCD, phobias and depression. With a focus on collaboration, skill-building, and empowerment, Silan empower clients to overcome challenges and create changes so they can live more fulfilling lives.

Cognitive behavior therapy- CBT, is a form of therapy that treats mental illness. Science has shown that CBT is an effective and evidence-based treatment for improving mental health.
 
The treatment within CBT is based on the link between thoughts, feelings, body and actions and how they constantly influence each other. CBT aims to minimize the suffering and solve the problems by making changes in these areas.

A licensed and certified therapist in Swedish terms means that you have been reviewed and approved by The National Board of Health and Welfare and that you are following the laws of Sweden when practicing psychotherapy. The therapy is private and confidential and records are kept in a safe and encrypted database system.

You need to be over 18 years to book a session. Contact me for further discussion if you are under 18 years or seeking help for relatives under 18 years.

Find a comfortable, well-lit, private place and set up your equipment so that I can see and hear you clearly. Turn off the sound and notifications on your phone. Use a notebook if you would like to take any notes during the session.

Many people struggle to cope without knowing why. An initial session can be booked in to help you screen and understand the problem and from there finding different solutions on how to approach the problem.
